If you are a national from Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Philippines, Thailand, or Vietnam, planning to travel for less than 14 days, and enter and depart from an International Airport, you DO NOT need to apply for this Visa. Otherwise, you must apply for the eVisa you need.

The Myanmar Business e-Visa is valid for 90 days after issued.

With the Myanmar Business e-Visa you are allowed to stay in Myanmar for a maximum of 70 days in total with Single entry.

Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity from the planned date of entry and one blank page.

The digital photo for your application cannot be more than 3 months old.

IMPORTANT: Foreign nationals with a valid eVisa may enter Myanmar through the Yangon, Mandalay, or Nay Pyi Taw International Airport or the Kawthaung International Land Border Checkpoint. To exit Myanmar, they may go through any of the above-stated entry points or the Htikee Land Border Checkpoint.

What is the Myanmar Business eVisa?
The Burmese government launched the Business eVisa system in July 2015. That means those planning to travel to Myanmar for business no longer need to visit their nearest Myanmar embassy or consulate to apply for a visa. Business eVisas are issued online for tourism and business purposes only.
Payment for the visa fees and submission of all required documents can be done online. This more efficient system minimizes the need to wait in lines and reduces costs, perfect for business travelers.

Good news for passport holders from Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, as they are visa-exempt for stays up to 14 days. This only applies for entries and departures via Yangon, Mandalay, or Naypyidaw International Airport.

- All foreing travelers to Myanmar must have inbound Travel Medical Insurance with COVID-19 coverage purchased from Myanma Insurance. The insurance certificate must be attached to the application. COVID-19 protocols are subject to constant change, so always check the airline's website and Myanmar's government website for updates to entry requirements.
