How Much Is the Philippines Visa Fee?

The visa for the Philippines costs around $37 USD. Depending on how you obtain the visa as a foreign citizen, you may incur processing fees that can range from $20 USD to $60 USD. Other fees may also apply.

While most travelers will need to get a paper visa from the nearest embassy or consulate, Taiwanese residents are allowed to get what is known as an Electronic Travel Authorization. This form works the exact same as a paper visa and normally costs the same amount. You can fill out the form online, and it will be mailed to you as soon as possible.

Not necessarily. Final permission is given by officials once you arrive in the Philippines.

What is the maximum amount of days I’m allowed in the Philippines while holding a visa?

The maximum amount of days that you are allowed to stay with an eTA is 30 days in Total.

Besides the visa fee, what is required to fill out an application for the Philippines visa?

When applying for the Philippines electronic travel authorization or in-person paper visa, you will need to supply the following information:

  • Travel Itinerary - Be able to provide a receipt or reservation sheet that shows your plans to exit the Philippines.
  • Accommodation Information - They want to know that you have a secure place that you are staying while you are in the Philippines.
  • Payment Method - We accept credit/debit cards as well as PayPal Secure online payment. Check with your local embassy to find out what payment methods they will accept.
  • Current Passport - Your passport must be valid for at least six months past the date you plan to arrive in Taiwan.

How long does it take to process a visa application for the Philippines?

During the application process for the Philippines electronic travel authorization, you will need to select a processing speed. We have three speeds to choose from:

  • Standard - It will take up to 7 Business Days to get your eTA.
  • Rush - It will take up to 5 Business Days to get your eTA.
  • Super Rush - It will take up to 2 Business Days to get your eTA.

How long do I have to use the electronic travel authorization once I receive it?

Your electronic travel authorization is only valid for 30 days after issued so be sure to plan your trip accordingly.
