The (ETA) is the acronym for Electronic Travel Authorization, an official document that allows travelers to enter Sri Lanka for tourism or business purposes.

What are the requirements?
Before you apply for your Sri Lanka ETA, you must make sure that you meet the requirements. The list contains nothing out of the ordinary, and you may already have everything you need. Here is what you must provide iVisa to get the process started:
Valid passport – to obtain a Sri Lanka ETA, all travelers must have a valid passport that maintains its validity for at least another 6 months from the date of arrival in Sri Lanka.
Digital photo – make sure that the picture is as recent as possible and follows all the guidelines for a passport photo.

What are the prices and processing times?
When completing your application form, you have to select a processing time, but keep in mind that the sooner you want your Sri Lanka ETA, the more you have to pay for it. Here are your options:
Standard processing – this is the cheapest and slowest option iVisa puts at your disposal. Your application is processed within 24 hours, and it costs USD 57.00 (service fees included).
Rush processing – this time, your ETA arrives in just 4 hours, but you will be charged USD 87.00.
Super Rush processing – it only takes 30 minutes for your application to be processed. As you can imagine, the fee is higher. USD 107.00 to be more precise.
A trip to Sri Lanka for business purposes requires a Sri Lanka Business ETA. The processing time options remain the same, but the fees are slightly different. You will be charged $70, $100, and $120 respectively for each processing time.
How do I fill in the application form?
Once you put together all of the above, there is one more requirement you must meet, and that is to fill in the application form.
