The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) citizens are the only visa-exempt catagory, so they do not need tourist visas or permits to enter Dubai or Abu Dhabi. This includes Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia nationals. They only need to present their GCC country passport or national ID card to enter the United Arab Emirates.

However, you can use Visa Checker Tool at the top of this page to ensure if your nationality must apply for this UAE Visa.

Be aware that children also need tourist visas to enter the UAE. Besides the passport and photo, you’ll also need the child’s birth certificate to complete the visa application. Another UAE entry rule is that females below the age of 18 are not eligible to apply for this type of visa unless they are traveling with their parents.
