had to submit my photo three times. Since I only have a laptop and no printer/scanner I had to go to someone's house and have the person do it for me. Actually, the whole process for Brazil was a nightmare.

Thank you for helping me attain my VISA. The photo used on my visa is the image I originally sent to your company; however, I was asked to send a different photo. I'm not sure why I was asked to send a different photo when the one I originally sent was the one that was used. The one I originally sent was taken at CVS and passed all the prerequisites for VISA approval.

Update: Though I didn't get my e-visa through ivisa, I was contacted by a senior representative to explain what happened and had my fees reversed to show a gesture to make it right. I am updating my review from 1 star to 3 because there was an attempt to make it right. One bit of suggestion would be to have some system in place where as days go by, to have a program which would let ivisa know which applications are really being processed to shorten the length of time for any possible error. Though I am grateful to have my funds reversed, this whole process caused me great stress and had I not taken the initiative to start contacting the embassy for help, I would have missed my trip for not being able to obtain my Visa. Paid for ivisa to help me get my e-visa and I never recieved it through them. I had to go through the consulate myself and do the footwork and pay again to apply directly through the consulate. I already gave my opinion of this company in a previous review. Being that I'm being asked again, I thought I would reiterate how disappointed I am in this service, the waste of time and money I spent using ivisas services for nothing as I am going to dispute this charge with my Bank because the services were never rendered. Waste of money. Oh yeah, only after I applied through the consulate and was constantly in touch with the consulate did my Visa got approved that I get an email from ivisa saying my Visa got approved the nerve. Total waste of time going through this site. Had I kept waiting for this company to obtain my Visa I would have missed my trip. How is anyone happy with this site is beyond me.
I found your site difficult to navigate. When I returned and wanted to upload a different picture I couldn’t find the upload link. When I asked the chat bot he said the application had to be approved before I could edit which was not true. I clicked on edit and the file opened. Submitting a picture was harder than any other online visa site I ever used. I scanned my passport photo and uploaded it to be told you didn’t take scanned pictures. I had to pay again for another photo.
