Customer Support was great, the application process very easy, Visa expires in 10 years.
I am not really tech orientated and had to get help doing the required steps. However, the personal with the tech skills did not have any trouble except with sending an acceptable Passport picture.
The process was pretty easy. The only thing before you click on that you approve the charges make sure that if you did not ask for 5 day processing andthe extra charge that it is not automatically put on your charges.
I did not expect to pay so much just to obtain the visa.

Just a little pricey. Your site also looks just like the Official Brazil site, so we were a bit shocked when we had to pay so much more than we're used to. My fault for not digging deeper but oh well. Everything went smooth, except the taking the pictures of our passports was hard to do for some reason.

I was skeptical about completing in fear of being a fraudulent service. My daughter used same website but the procedure was different and she still haven't received hers. One of us may have gotten scared.

It takes time and patience to complete the process. The folks at EVISA were helpful and try to expedite your visa as quickly and accurately as possible.
This company was very responsive to my questions and concerns. The only issue is that I was sent the wrong format form for a visa for a minor by Jean. I was eventually sent the correct form and had to pay for a notary a second time other than that, I gad a good experience.

Process was easy to understand. One concern is having to redo photo and passport. Having issues with sending photos and passport with correct measurements. Have to go to another location to have it done.

This was my first time using IVisa, The team Juan, Maria, Henderson , Georgina , Liseth and please forgive if I left anyone left. The team was very helpful, attentive, friendly and quick to respond. I apply for me and my daughter my IVisa was delivered on time but my daughter was delivered today which I’m very happy and thankful for helping with the hiccups in the last 5 days. This part of getting extra paperwork was stressful managing extra time and money. Notary can be cost if not planning. Which I’ve been 4 times. Another part was that the app at beginning was easy but as you have to enter scanning photo and passport can be a hassle and frustrating after few tries. So I will suggest organizing all paperwork before enter the app after you pay for your application. Overall it was some work but do it ahead of your plan time 2 to 3 months before so if you need any extra paperwork for minor and need visit a notary you are not going here and there. Usually adults applications are fast. Overall I do recommend the Company. Thank you the team for all your help and support. I appreciate it and excited to go on the trip with my daughter. Thank you

I had trouble downloading my photo to you, but got some help via phone. After that the procedure was simple. Now i'm having trouble printing visa on paper. The download pdf is too large. So I am saving the Visa on my phone, and hope American Ailines accepts this.

The support team never hesitated to reply to my dozens of questions. I was concerned because I was scheduled to leave on a very important family trip and had spent quite a lot that would be nonrefundable if, in fact, I didn't get my visa in time. My only suggestion would be to be able to give more accurate updates as to where in the government process the application is. I finally retrieved this information by going directly to the government site which told me which of the 7 steps had passed. If I had had this information in the first place I would not have been concerned. Not knowing was difficult.
It was nice getting a response to my emails from what appeared to be a real person. Submittal took some effort. Getting the paperwork right was demanding. More so than I would have anticipated. It all worked out.
It was very difficult to upload a photo that the 'AI' found acceptable. Most frustrating.

My eVisa experience through their Website was great. Easy to use and upload info. The hardest part was doing my part. Sometimes we become to anxious and want things fast, but there are so many other factors to consider, Great Job. Keep up the good work ! I got My eVisa !

Received my visa in a two weeks but my wife visa took over a month. Had to send numerous photos before they were accepted. All in all a good service but having a contact telephone for customer service would be useful.
Iterations on documents were too long. Website is not where it needs to be. I would go to the app after receiving a message something was needed and would not be able to submit anything additional. Finally made progress when I was able to talk with someone via WhatsApp. In the end, I have the visa so all is good.
The company cut effectively through bureaucratic red tape. They responded relatively quickly and effectively to inquiries.
Long delay getting our visas. We contracted for services during the last week of October. Nothing done until I expressed my concern the week before Christmas. The delay forced me to pay over $400 more over what I had already paid for expedited services. I did receive our visas on January 13th which was 6 days before our cruise. Brazil delayed implementation 90 days; so we ended up not needing visas.
Overall, the experience was good. The uploading of documents was helpful in the sense that it had a failsafe and rejected documents, which were not acceptable. However, questions could only be responded to by email and were not within the two-hour timeframe. I suggest you either respond within the two-hour timeframe or set a longer timeframe for response. We did have the Brazilian government change its visa requirements in the interim and that process with Ivisa, and the subsequent refund was very simple and quick.
Overall good experience. Quick to respond for help, although they didnt seem to know much about the status during procurement. Probably due to the other country's lack of communication. But I got what I paid for with their service so I am happy.

after i read the information from their website i believe i can obtain the brazil travelers health declaration as soon as possible with maybe 10 to 15 days validity however i still have to wait because they said brazil does not accept request that early and this was not part of the information on their website however everything were great except two and about the information and delayed response during the most important date.
An easy way to get a visa. They were a bit delayed in letting me know that my photo was rejected, but otherwise very nice to deal with.
Terrible experience. Website doesn't tell you your application is incomplete, emails from iVisa end up in junk folder, I had to email to find out what the issue was and lost valuable time I did receive a reply from iVisa and was satisfied with that response. Thanks
Very convenient. The only thing keeping it from getting 5 stars is that the photo guidelines (resolution, dimensions, etc.) could be clearer/simpler.
They are very fast about sending you updates in case you sent the wrong info or if they are in need of more info. Customer service is great! I'm giving 4 stars instead 5 because it took over 2 weeks for the visa to be ready. It was a bit because we had to wait on the government but also because somebody forgot to send more information when I’ve had already sent it. Overall it was very good!
