I really like this service because it tailors photos to the specific requirements of the country you are seeking a passport from. After being notified that my original photo did not meet the guidelines, I did have some trouble sending a replacement photo using the iVisa.com webpage interface. So, instead, I sent the photos to the customer service email address and that worked fine.

Whenever I have had passport pictures taken in the past, they were often taken by people who did not have the guidelines for Canadian Passport photos. It was great to be able to send a picture and have it critiqued before sending off for your passport. A great time saver!

EVERYTHING GOOD, IT IS BETTER TO SHOW AN INDICATOR FOR " NO ANSWER" TYPE OF QUESTIONS. EXAMPLE I HAVE NO SECOND NAME, WHΔ°CH LEAVING BLANK IS NOT ACCEPTED. THAN I PUT " NONE", THAN MY NAME BECOME SEMA KARA NONE !
No matter how many emails I sent to eTA, they gave me same answer and didn't solve the problem. Because of that, I was under a lot stress because I didn't get eTA. Thank you so much for solving it in 20 minutes. If possible, I'd like to give 100 stars

I was in a real jam. I had an existing ETA but didnβt know the number and without it, the domestic carrier would not allow me to board my flight from Perth to Melbourne (as my ticket was linked to the Air Canada legs).
