Finland visa reviews

It is supposed to do quality check, but the outcome is the worst. It doesn't look like the check was done by person.

I ordered a European Union passport photo and printed it out on a 4x6 picture as instructed. Instead of being a 36 mm x 47 mm as advertised, the pictures were 43 mm x 54 mm. I emailed customer service about it asking if I had done something incorrectly and was told that I needed to cut out the picture. Cutting out the picture doesn’t change the fact that it is too big. I would not recommend ivisa’s services to anyone. Use a different website. Edit: To their credit, they did contact me the day after my review was published and reprocess my order and gave me a refund. If you order with enough time they will take the time to make it right. For that reason, I'm changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars, even though it was too late to use for my application.

They said only after I ordered the photos that it can take a longer time since they are sending them from us.
