My VISA has the wrong dates (2018-2019) and has no picture!!! Please help!! I am sure it was an honest mistake :) No problem!! Lisa
I sent 4 times my photo, I worried because I'm traveling on 16th February
A problem for visa photo (color, lighting, size) I had to send several times (4-5 times). Then I had to wait for validation for processing and then finally my visa application was accepted.
Decent end result, but took a long time to get my Indian eVisa (2 weeks)
Filling out the application was easy and everything was explained very well. However, the approval took longer than they said it would take. This is why I gave it a 3 star.
First of all, the good thing: they are helpful, easy to comunicate with, the chat always work and you find people willing to help. The problem: I payed for the 2-day delay Visa, and it took 4 days and I almost lose my flight. The appliance-time stated in the official government webpage is 72 hours. Usually takes less. Since Ivisa offers a 48 hour delay (and charge accordingly), I assumed they had a special channel with the government to accelerate the process. Apparently not, they do the normal process, the one you can do by yourself in the official web. If it takes two days, fine. If it takes longer, bad luck.
We were given the run around since one person in the group submitted a black and white passport copy instead of color. Seriously, in the big scheme of things does this matter? As long as all the pertinent details are clear!!!
The process of getting Visa a passport photo that they feel is adequate is sketchy. We were only able to complete with the help of chat help
My India visa application since 17/11/19 , still waiting for my visa ,going tp Gaya, I will go to 1/2 /2020, need to buy Airticket now. My concerned for time limit. Some oF my friend who applied for India was more easier. I don’t know why my application is take a long.
The website does not seem to update very well. Yesterday, Tuesday 17Dec, I went to the Republic of India Visa office here in Singapore and was provided hard copies of my e-visas that had been approved the day before (MON 16DEC). It was not until 1100am on Wednesday 18DEC, that I was advised that they “are now available”.
The process only started after the 5-day deadline was over. This left us wondering if anything was going to happen at all. I suggest to let your customer know upfront if demand is too high and you anticipate delays - prices to be adjusted accordingly.
if you can assist more to upload the document that would be great
Found that the uploading of photos and scanning passport difficult however after many attempts finally got there
when i filled out application it did not mentions my passport details. Then you emailed me to provide them but the web site did not allow me to change application with the details. This went on for a week. Then I was emailed to provide passport details with a photo as a attachment to a return email. I did this and now it's alright. Luckily I had plenty of time weeks before my flight. Mark
I will pay for have the iVisa in 2 days and it has taken 1 week!
There was a delay in the service. I paid for 24 hour but it took 4 days. Ivisa handled it well and gave me a part refund, but it was very frustrating as I was planing to travel a lot sooner. At the end of the day it was the Indian Govt that delayed the process, but a service level should not be promised if it can not be guaranteed, always better to under promise and over deliver.
I paid for the super fast track 24 hour service. After 24 hours I had not received any visa and had no idea what was going on. I had to send a message to see what was going on to be told it would be three extra hours and there was no guarantee. If you cannot quarantine 24 hours, it should not be sold as that.
they kept me on the phone for 30 min but as soon i went on chat got someone live took a day and a half
Got the visa done even though they were well outside the advertised time frame due to the government moving slowly. It needs to be more clear that times have nothing to do with iVisa and everything to do with how quickly the government is processing visas.
Service was good and no complaint but it took over 48 hours and I paid for less than 24 hours leading to flight rearrangements needing to be made I also had to ask for the visa when it arrived rather than having it emailed to me
Paid for 24-hour processing and they submitted the application very quickly. I didn't receive the e-visa within 24 hours and so I reached out via the iVisa chat client. I was told that the Indian government/embassy was very busy/slow and therefore the delay was out of their control. I waited for another 24 hours and received the same response. In the end, I received the e-visa 4 hours before my flight - nearly 60 hours after I submitted the application. I fully understand the situation and that they could do nothing to expedite it further but the website is a little misleading in the "24-hour" processing time. I'm ultimately glad that I was able to make the trip and not go into the logistical nightmare of rescheduling travel plans.
i am impressed that I received my visa so quickly!!! It was a pain with the application though. It would not accept my hotel's phone number, so that I could move farther on. Had trouble with my photo's also. Seemed like it took a lone time. I did have to use "the Chat", which helped. Forget about called the phone number given. No one ever picked up.
phones need of answered faster. waiting over 45 minutes for answer and then had to leave. heard the same message a million times
Following my initial application for an eVisa to visit India, iVisa failed to issue a follow-up email requesting required additional documentation. As a result, my eVisa was delayed. Not having received any further information from iVisa after 10 days, I sent an inquiry to iVisa requesting an update. It was only after this 10-day delay that iVisa then requested the needed additional documents. In summary, once iVisa recognized that my application had apparently fallen through the cracks, very prompt action was taken, and my eVisa to visit India was issued in a matter of only two days. While the outcome was positive, iVisa must work harder at communicating with the client as soon as possible to ensure all needed documents are submitted in support of an application.
I purchased the super rapid business e-visa for India. I was assured it would be provided within 24 hours. After numerous Live Chats with people (bots?), I was told it would be a few more minutes (when after my 24 hour window passed). Later I was told it would be 12 more hours and I finally received it after 36 hours. While I appreciate the fact that it was received, my challenge was that I could not talk to a live person, felt like I was just told "pat" answers when I was totally freaking out. I was not able to board my flight because I didn't have my Visa so I am out the high fare difference. The process was easy, payment was easy, I did get my Visa but the fact that I could not speak with someone and had to push for them to escalate or contact the India government was frustrating. I did get a refund for a portion of my fee since I didn't receive it within 24 hours as committed.
I would give this a 5 star rating if it weren't for the fact that my passport photo had to be retaken even though it passed on all eight factors with the passport photographer.
the format should be improved, also, the phone system is a total disaster, i was on the phone for 45min because it was necessary for me to talk to someone...nobody ever pick up for me to talk with...i tried several times and experienced the same situation. i will not recommend your service to any of my traveling companions
The staff were very helpful in navigating my delayed visa. However, I ordered a 24 hr super rush and it arrived 4-5 hours late and I had to reschedule all my flights. If it had arrived in time it wouldn’t have happened. I got a refund of my super rush and would order again, but never rushed
Took several days & lots of emails to get our Indian visas done. Presumably all the different information requested in these various emails were a necessity but was still a stressful & drawn our experience. As we had not planned even going off the cruise ship when we enter Indian waters as we had visited several times in the past 15 years or so it was an unexpected extra expense. BUT thank you anyway I-visa - as much as we had to deal with 5 different staff to procure these visas we do at last have them Carol Elgayar
Went back and forth a few times with required photos and being able to provide additional, personal details that were needed to obtain final approval. The details needed where not available in the area of the document when I first applied. I had to submit these details in an email. Also there was no indication that I needed to provide a color passport or headshot. I received this request in an email follow-up from an iVisa representative.
Does the job but the most expensive tourist visa in the world by a factor of 5. I feel exploited.
Could have been easier with better instructions and a list of the material needed before you start.
Data entry takes time. Delayed delivery and collegue visa rejected without reason.
I was very happy to get my iVisa within the 48 hours . I would have appreciated to receive: 1) A lmore completed iVisa form or a lost of needed information at once, instead of getting an email asking about additional information every hours or so . 2) A notice on how long approximately it would take to receive the iVisa after you sent the email notifying me that you all the info needed Best regards,
Delays in emails/uploading better photos was not well communicated... every time I uploaded an improved photo I was given three different spots to email the upload status to...
Its easy to use.. Convenient.. Though processing time is not as accurate.. Took more than it should
My daughters went through quickly but mine was slow. Still dont have an approval and applied before my daughters.
Took a long time to convince you that I was staying on a ship
I really enjoyed the layout and visa application process on the site. The thing I didn't like is when you call them you most likely will get a ring in then go to a voicemail. Out of close to 10x calling I got 1 answer. The chat bot takes forever to get back to you. Once you are in chat they answer one question. Then when you ask a follow up question you will wait another hour to hopefully have them respond. I had several questions that were never answered. This all came from my mistake of entering the wrong email in. If you don't make that error, or have a question for them, you most likely will enjoy what they are offering.
your chat room is ineffective, and no way to check the data you entered after submitting visa. I needed to make some corrections but could not.
The 2-day service took 4-days. It caused me to miss a flight.
it was very difficult to speak to a live person. I also had difficulty downloading pictures and passport information.
The e-application was easy to follow but took a long time to come through, there was some kind of delay. Not important in this instance but might make problems for some people.
Processing time was excellent. Cost of $170 for a 6 month double entry is very very high.
Frustratingly difficult to connect through live chat and telephone. The latter perpetually busy and huge time lag on the chat option.
Please note You should of mentioned the procedure and how long it takes right away, also you should of asked for the passport page picture right away ..otherwise good service ...It is important to customers to know how fast they will receive the visa .....
Process was okay for getting the iVisa, just awfully expensive. Disclosure on how much money actually goes to the Indian government for my visa and how much goes to the processing agency would be nice. I understand the processing agency needs to get paid for it's work, but this is certainly the most expensive visa I've ever purchased!!! And they want me to provide survey feedback and a review for them without giving me anything in return. A bit of a one way street don't you think.
We did the rush 18-24 hours. Came about 30 hours, but not within the time frame we paid extra for. Other than that it was user friendly.
I don't understand why it costs so much to visit a country for 10 hours Mel Keen
I did not hear back from the iVisa people during the period they stated, so I started worrying that this was a scam website and I had given them personal info. When I was able to contact them, the woman who helped me was great and I needed to resend my passport photo in order for the order to be processed. I wish that they had contacted me to alert me to the issue and get my visa back on track.
