Second time using iVisa for Indian Visa and no problems whatsoever. Had to wait a day or so longer on this occasion (as opposed to a very speedy 1 day the first time of using) but it is a week before Christmas when applications are no doubt busier ahead of a popular time to go in the new year. iVisa notified me of Indian government delay in processing. Easy to use and will no doubt be using iVisa again in the future.

The online process was fairly straightforward. The only confusion came when once I submitted the documentation I was notified that the request would be reviewed six weeks later. Since we were not traveling for several months, I wasn't too concerned about the time frame. The visas were then approved and issued almost to the day that I was told they would be.

Got my Indian 1-year multiple entry e-Visa with them. The process was simply filling out a form and uploading documents (Passport scan and headshot). Visa came on time and was granted. The new visa form is easier than the old one to fill out. For example it uploads pictures in more formats than just JPG and PDF. The old form, drove me crazy. It is still up. Please remove it if you can.
I was going to travel to India a few years ago but my had plans changed. Instructions on completing the application could be clearer. The one hiccup I experienced was , instruction to make payment by charge card came up first but when I tried to complete the rest of application ,the system was not recognizing that payment by charge card had already been made; I had to call to sort it out.

I found the Indian government website for e-visa applications a nightmare to negotiate....especially when it came to uploading photos and pdfs of passports. I tried initially to get my evisa through the Indian govt website. It was a nightmare experience using my phone and over 2 days I made numerous attempts with the last try getting to the payment stage.After inputting card number the page froze up..once again.Totally frustrated I turned to yourselves. Excellent service. I have previously gone direct on the government website and it is a nightmare to complete their forms online. The last time they declined my application because the photo had not uploaded properly on their website, and I was not not entitled to a refund of my visa fee. I am happy to pay an extra 35$ for this service so I never have to deal with that website again

Be aware that an Indian visa runs from date of approval and that a 30 day visa may not allow sufficient time for advance non-refundable purchase of travel etc tickets (in the event of rejection of visa application)
