Wouldn't normally consider using an agent to apply for a visa but the official Indian Govt website looked very complicated and not at all user friendly. I ordered a visa for India choosing the 24 hour priority option. My visa was processed very quickly by iVisa but got held up by government resulting in a 3 day turnaround but iVisa were very good reassuring me it would arrive before my departure date. I found them very helpful as I was very stressed about the delay and they reassured me.
I can understand sometime it takes time but me and my wife very thankful to ivisa... We are eagerly waiting for our son visa...

Super easy to use, customer support was almost freakishly quick at responding to my emails. My only concern is that when I had to re-upload a copy of my passport I was asked to send it directly to the support email. I think it would be nice to have an option with the application itself to update documents. Then again, support was so fast in receiving and processing it I can't complain.

Getting a visa arranged through iVisa was much easier than I had anticipated. The format of the screens is very clear, the information does not need to be completed in one day, you can save what you have added to your application and go back to it on another day. Adding photos of your passport and extra photos for the visa forms was also easy. I used my mobile to take a photo of my passport and myself then sent these to my computer. It is really easy to then transfer these to the application form. There is ample time to get this done and iVisa send you email reminders every so often.

The website is good and easy to submit the details. I needed a visa for India and ordered the super rush (24 hours) processing. They were not able to get this in 24 hours, but got it in 48 hours. They refunded the super rush fee. I am satisfied with their overall response and their promptness.

Received indian tourist visa by email in 48hours over a weekend! Checked status on indian government website which confirmed visa was granted and official. Easy to use professional website, but like other reviewers have stated, a first time user will be sceptical about proceeding as full payment is required at the start rather than the end of the application. Will highly recommend though.

My experience is limited to a single occurrence with a single country, but it couldn't have been easier. For my own convenience, I applied far in advance of when India would consider the application. I knew that, but iVisa.com kept me updated as things moved along. Well worth the service fee.
