We spent over 10 hours trying to input and upload on the govt website of the country we were visiting. Their system continually crashed. I was concerned at my ability to upload photos and passport details to meet the requirements of the Indian government site and so was prepared to pay the service fee to get assistance if necessary which thankfully and surprisingly was not needed. Good customer service. After the whole frustrating process of trying to do it on my own via the Indian Gov website this was a relief. I have a feeling the Indian Gov does this on purpose to make more money via second party websites. But I Visa was legit and I just had to pay a fee. Double checked that my Visa was confirmed on Gov website and now I can go to India.
The instructions were easy to understand and follow. We weren’t able to complete the application all at one time, but the application was saved and the link back to it worked. No hassles; and it only toke a coulple of days to get our visa.

Before this indian visa application through Ivisa, I applied for a standard Visa in Paris with VFS Global, it was more expensive and took almost one week. The Ivisa service is very fast and easy, and the assistance is very effective and responsive. I got my ETA indian visa in 24H. It was easy and fast to me, without any inconvenient, at leas in Chile where I'm, but I had ear from many of my trip mates from annother countries, that there is imposibility to acces step 2 of the electronic application, and also troubles with the paiment proccess. For me it was perfect!

this was amazing, the easiest and fastest Visa application yet.. I like the videos to explain how to do the photo as well.. They responded very quickly, and on a weekend to boot!!!
