All the required information was clearly spelt out and getting the passport and personal photo onto their web site was simple.The whole process for me was in 24 hours as I needed a super urgent Visa. Applied less than 24 hours ago for our India visas we received an email today with the visas you couldnβt ask for a better service than that. I know I could have applied directly to the Indian embassy and saved a little bit of money but I wanted to avoid the hassle of the indian visa website and the risk of doing something wrong so for me the service from ivisa was definitely worth the money. We used iVisa because we were having so much trouble doing this on our own via the online site. I spent hours trying without success so went to iVisa and it is simple, quick and stress free. I need my visa in a short period of time. I had left it too long to go through the regular routes of collecting a visa at the embassy. Was a little concerned with trying this service but after having difficulty on the Indian consulate site with uploading photos and documents I thought I would give this a try. The layout and format and uploading of the documents worked extremely well and the whole process was easy. I was kept up to date as the visa was handled and then submitted and very quickly received the document. There is a little issue with a bit of refund but that is supposed to be handled. All in all I would use the service again because of the timeliness and ease of using the site. Thank you!

The Visa Application was pretty straight forward. I am not too technical with the computer so I struggled to get my photo attached to the document and also the photo of my Passport. I hope it was adequate! The application process for India was simplified compared to the government site. I am so glad the site was recommended to me!

I found the site very easy to use, Instructions were clear. I was impressed that my application receipt was acknowledged promptly and I was informed about the progress of the application. Even though I sent a poor copy of my passport they asked for a better copy, I re-scanned and they handled the application very professionally.
