Was quite easy and straight forward (except for the passport scanning which I had to do several times) and even with the time difference the responses were very reactive. Shall most certainly recommend.
It was quick and easy process. When scanning and plodding documents was little bit difficult. I hope everything was sent as a PDF. It was hard to take pictures and turn them into PDF. Communication was great letting you know that or application needed attention so you can complete it correctly. Also scanning would accept your pictures and later you get email saying you need to submit it again. But it’s great that you can do this service on line and get your visa with in four days. It was great experience then mail in and not knowing until you received it back in a mail. It was truly amazing experience.
They were incredibly picky on the photos, I had to retake some of them 3 times

The entire process was straight forward, easy to use and the feedbacks was great.
The portal to enter information for each passenger was intuitive and easy to follow. Uploading images was a bit harder so needed to use qr code.

As you charge a premium fee to issue a government visa you obviously have a relation with some government officers. Asking to resend documents that are slightly blur should be waived as it is clearly readable! Our time is valuable as well so it should be made easier in my opinion
