Relatively easy to fill out the form compared to the government of India's portal. However, iVisa charges more making it more expensive.

I tried to get my India evisa on the government site but spent hours trying and was unable to complete the process. I then looked for an alternative route and found iVisa, the process for completing the application was so simple, they came back to me very quickly to advise me of a couple of errors I had made and the following day I received my visa. Yes it cost a bit more to use them but in my opinion was well worth it after the frustration of trying the government site. Would 100% recommend iVisa!
I applied for a visa several years ago and it was painful, as it too nearly two weeks with the the rejections of photos and documents. The system is much improved and it took about 20 minutes to apply for two ivisits. The response was very quick and we were approved two days.

Everything was easy and straightforward except getting passport and photos to upload. Incredible challenging even though I used passport photos for personal pictures and had my passports absolutely flat. Would have been nice if there was a help "button"

Being denied access to my usual Service Provider I chose Ivisa as I had good experience last time. Ivisa offers a much shorter version to fill in, and it took only 24 hours for the visa to arrive. Another very positive aspect is the fact that I got constant feedback via Email dringend the whole process. All in all highly recommendable.
