the only issue i had was getting the pictures to be accepted but once that was done it was easy.
It was easy once l had help from my children. It was difficult to get clear instructions of how to take photos. However once done . . .all good. Thank you eVisa team.

It was easy to use- i was kept updated. The visa was done quickly. The online agent was helpful and very polite, a bit difficult for older people like me to communicate that way. The only negative is that the customer is not able to go back into the application to make changes before submitting.

I decided to use this company for our visas for India as I had been told how difficult it was to upload photos and passports on the correct format. It was quite easy to request the visa for India. My only problem was, that pictures were not easy to upload so faces could be recognized.

It was easy for me to fill out the application. I still don't know if it has been approved.
I tried with other companies such as the official embassy sight they wanted to know masses of info which was not a problem but it was confusing then the photos really had me confused I then tried this sight which was expensive but only needed minimal info which got me a little suspicious and you have to pay before completing the form the thing that put my mind at rest was it had good reviews on trustpilot with out this I would have discontinued my application which only took 3 days the hardest part was getting our photos accepted but after many tries that problem was overcome and we now have our visas thanks I would recommend them but if you think you may go back within the year as we intend buy the visa for that period it makes it much more affordable
The first time I got an Indian 10 year Visa it was a long form to fill out online- one mistake and you had to start over- then send your application and passport to the consulate. The next time it was less complex- then I realized that my visa was still valid- just take two passports-this was so easy! Not happy with the picture, but visa granted!!

iVisa was doing well, fast and expensive! The official website Crashed many times. probably because i was to slow, I did not know before hand what i have to put in. There were so many unnecessary things which i did not know. The birthplace of of my father in 1899! But it was expensive!

Amazing service! Due to my own stupidity of not sticking to my to-do list I was way too late to apply for my eVisa for India. I applied for the Super Rush Process that estimated a decision whithin 36 hours, they were reachable via WhatsApp at any point and the visa came through after 21 hours right when I was at the check-in desk at the airport in Europe. Important to know: the start of the 30 day visa will be the day it is approved!

I normally do these things myself. After negotiating the Indian government clunky and cumbersome application process. They came back with several questions and after 5 days rejected my application because my passport image was apparently unclear. This was not evident to me. In great frustration I engaged with Ivisa. Their process was simple and clear and their system optimised my passport image. I received my visa within 24 hours of applying. It cost 4 times the standard government fee but it was so stress free that I recommend their service and believe the value they add is really worth it.
