I had difficulty with the Indian Government Visa website so my son recommended iVisa. He had used it to get his Australian visa. It’s easy to navigate, it’s fast, and worth paying the processing fee. Visas received within a couple of days. Pay careful attention to submitting your photo and passport page. One corner of my passport didn’t show up so I had to resubmit. Great communication.

We were frustrated with trying to use the Indian Visa government website and decided to try using iVisa for the first time. You pay substantially more for the visa in the end, but it's worth not having all the headaches with the Indian government site - which we never did get to work.
Very simple to fill out the requested form. It was a question of minutes to fill out the form.
The guidance thru the step was easy. the service was fast and I had no problem to share all data required. HOWEVER ! I used a passport picture take from a professional which was rejected and a self made selfie was accepted. Any way next day I got the eVisa all very good and fast.

Visa for India The process was relatively simple until it came to taking photos of my documents. Nothing seemed to be good enough. Then, when I thought it wasn't perfect, they accepted it. This was frustrating, otherwise, all good.

ivisa is very helpful, but the visa system of india is very poor. they issue visa that expire before you even get on board of a plane, even though thy know your flight dates. i had to reschedule my flight for a good sum of money because of that circumstances

Tried different devices, different browsers… could not succeed. Frustrated, worried, and not wanting to spend more fruitless time, I found ivisa… their service was amazingly FAST and EASY. Took me no more than 5 minutes to complete, hit submit. 2 days later, I had my approved visa ready to download and print. With all the tasks to prepare for a trip - this service made one piece of that easy as pie. Worth the fee.

These are English questions, so it's difficult for older people, but it's good because it's quick.
The visa application process was good. I personally had issues with the photos, younger people I am sure would be fine. The visa arrived within two days.
Fast processing option was great and useful, but considerably pricey. What did not work was the PDF I received in the end. It was pixelated and the QR code was not readable. I had to visit the official government site and download my visa directly by providing its number.
I had to secure an emergency (36 hour) visa. The process was efficient and very clear.
Will definitely use again. I was very sceptical but it went perfectly well, I applied on a Thursday night and had my Indian visa by Sunday morning, it does cost a little more than doing it yourself but simply uploading your own photos of Passport and id photogragh to the app from you mobile phone and answering the visa specific questions was done in less than 5 minutes. I paid refusal insurance fee incase I was turned down which I would recommend, I'd rather lose a little another start than lose everything for being refused. Well worth the extra money for the simplicity of the service on the whole package. Make sure you double check your name spelling and birthrdate information as well as passport information before/while submitting, that bit is up to me and you to get right they did everything else. I checked the visa on the official government website to clarify it's validity and everything looks good to go. If paying more for this service doesnt suit you then i would suggest doing it yourself but personally id rather not anymore. Perfect experience.
Straightforward and easy to complete. However, I was asked to submit some of the same information about 5 times and did not understand why I had to do this. Namely the passport photo page. I can only assume that the copy was not clear enough but nothing was specified so I sent the same photo each time. Only on the 5th or 6th occasion I sent a different photo did it work.
Visa application for India. The site was very easy to use and I had no issues at all apart from requesting it a bit too soon, but was advised of this and my application would be put forward a month prior to travel.

Two years ago I applied for and received a visitors VISA for India, the application took about 10 days to complete which I was happy with. It was an emergency situation for me. I needed a visa,fast. What sold them to me was that I could communicate with them . ok had to be via chat but did reach a person eventually. Better than none. The Indian embassy had no communication.

Having tried the official government site I found it to be unhelpful, full of errors and misprints and the delay between getting back was unhelpful. Furthermore I was asked questions about my parents that were not asked on the iVisa site. The iVisa site is easy to fill in and well laid out.
