It was so easy to fill in application then everything done for you.
Everything else was very quick and easy to do. I needed to clarify something, but only got an ibot response, np phone numbers etc. That was the only negative.

Their communication was prompt, The problem I had with the visa is that validity of the visa was not mentioned, and I had to give a date of my first visit to India which is April 29 I am unable to arrive on that date in India. How do I change my arrival date in India without applying again hank you for your consideration
I tried to get a visa for India on the government website. I tried for many hours and finally failed because my picture did not have the right dimensions and the passport was not in pdf format. With iVisa it took me 3 minutes and I had my visa after 2 days. I think itβs worth the little extra money. I highly recommend!

I was not sure whether my responses were read by your team because I had to give details about my upcoming journey over and over again. There were always new people telling me to give further information. Then the mails went on with demands to stay in contact and that they hadn't heard from me for a long time. They were nice and really wanted to give me support. However, while I was waiting for the official visa I didn't know why I should ask for any further assistance. Maybe there were just a little too many people involved in the procedure .

I requested a three day visa and I got it in exact three days. I was trying for an emergency visa to go see my sick mom, but the process was so complicated. IVisa got me a tourist visa in just three days. I cannot be thankful enough. Because of them I will be able to go see my mom!
I applied for the visa twice: the first time my application was rejected but the reason was not clear to me and the second time the answer was delayed. I lost my flight and had to reschedule. I lost time and money and nerves. An expensive two-day visa service was sold to me, without any warning that the Indian government can take much longer to process it, so that that was no guarantee at all! It took a very long time to have a human and not a machine on the helpline, and it was too late!
