Application easy to complete (especially uploading passport and photo) but very tricky section regarding State/Province which did not recognise my address in spite of living in it for over 30 years. This took about 5 hours over whats app to resolve and the next issue was that I put in 'Housewife' rather than 'Retired' which threw up questions regarding my father and spouse's employment - father long dead and husband involved in charity work! Back to the whats app support but we did get there in the end. Can I suggest you add a few guidance notes on website which will help avoid these pitfalls. Anyway it was a much easier experience than the official Indian website and thanks for all support.
Am going to India in November- emailed and asked when I needed to apply for visa and was emailed back immediately to say I can apply now as the visa lasts 30 days from arrival into the country. The form was quite easy to complete and they advise you of the process quickly. If there is any errors or anything missing on the form they notify you by email to rectify it

Ivisa helped me obtain my evisa for travel to India. I needed it in a hurry and they got it to me within 48 hours, whereas the gov site expected 4 days return. I paid for super-rush which was very heavy extra cost, but it arrived before my departure flight.
I have used iVisa numerous times. I have never navigated the application without assistance from the iVisa help team. So, on the one hand, I find the app process difficult, the assistance that I get when I request help is crazy good!! The agents are extremely helpful and really care about fixing the issue.
