The process was easy to follow and was very quick. I had my Indian visa in under 48-hours. I tried to also book a Sri Lankan visa. That went wrong because of an issue with Sri Lanka immigration, but the funds were refunded immediately and without me having to fill out any forms. That is what good service is all about.

The first photo of my passport was not accepted because it was upside down (top down). I took the photo of my passport on a table and the photo was not the right way up...it's strange that the program doesn't know how to handle this automatically.

Relatively straight forward information requirements. Website click sections are easy to use. The downloads are simple but I had three rejection notices. I carried on regardless and at least one of the attempts was OK despite the rejection notice!
