I spent over 20 hours trying to complete my online visa with official site due to getting error and out of time messages. Finally reached photo page and photo wasn't accepted although I had reduced it's size. Went to govassist and completed form in 10 minutes and stress free. Cost Β£63 extra but had my visa within 2 days. Well worth the extra cost to save my sanity.
