I was kept informed at every stage of the process. My only point would be that I inadvertently submitted a photograph that I knew was incorrect, but without cancelling the whole application,I couldn’t cancel and resend the correct one until it had been checked and I was informed it was wrong. The only thing it did was delay the process by a day. However, I was very pleased with the timing and outcome.

IVisa offered a 30 hour rush visa service and we used it for an emergency visa for India (landing with an expired visa and risking deportation) and IVisa delivered x2 visas in about 18 hours over a weekend. On landing in India we discovered at passport control our visas had expired a few days before we wanted to enter the country. We organised it directly with the official gov website and be aware it starts from the date you are issued it and if that's too far in advance of your travel dates and you only opt for the month version time will run out before you arrive. We were out by 5 days. Trusting in the IVisa 30 hour service meant we were able to fly to Dubai for 2 nights and successfully return to India and still have part of our trip there. We were also able to communicate directly via whats app with a member of the team and highlight our situation and they understood the rush. I cannot reccommend IVisa highly enough in a moment of visa emergency for India.
