The experience was very good: instructions were clear, notifications came often, and processing time was excellent. The only reason that I did not give a five-star rating is that the pricing was misleading...it was not until later in the process that I learned how much the "service charge" was, on top of the Indian fee. That rate seems high. However, I do appreciate the fast service. Thank you.

I found this site much easier than applying directly to the Governmemt site, it is user friendly and clear. Only drawback was I needed my visa in a few weeks time and stated I was travelling then, however it runs from the date you fill the forms out which was confusing.

The customer service chat was great but filling out the requirements for the visa was complicated at times.
The process was simple and the visa came through within 24 hours. The only problem was that when it came through it said you had to complete the process. This was misleading, as there was nothing more to do, other than print it out. It took two attempts to establish that the process was actually complete.
The actual Indian evisa website works a little less well than I’d hoped. After some research, I found iVisa, and the process was very simple fast and convenient.

The Indian government website kept crashing. The iVisa one was quick and efficient although rather expensive comparatively.
