The application form was relatively easy to complete but the sending of scans was more difficult. We have a scan availability on our printer but this was not satisfactory so in the end we had to go to PQ Southport to have a professional scan done.

Getting our Indian Visa was fast. I had spent time on the Indian Government Visa site and kept getting dropped. I spent a lot of time trying to manage the size of photos, the size of our passport scan and the other formalities. I spent hours on photos. iVisa did it all and quick! Somewhat expensive - but - was much simpler and provided much less aggravation. I would use them again.
Overall, pretty quick and straight forward, however, ran into a little trouble with the photo uploads, especially the passport one.

While it was a hard to connect live with anyone, they got my Visa in a day through a simple online form I filled out for them. I had tried it directly earlier as I was unaware of their services and was rejected. Other services had cumbersome requirements and asks.
After 3 days of trying to get my Indian visa through the Indian Government website - several hours and communication with their help staff and still unable to make payment - I switched to iVisa. Great service, a simpler and far shorter format and I had my visa in 2 days. The staff are great, reviewing my application in detail and advising in making the changes needed for success before submitting my applictaion to the government. Yes it is more expensive, but well worth it. My only complaint is that one is required to pay before finishing the application. Since they do such good work I can't understand the reason for an action that, for me at least, created suspicion of their motive.

Very easy and simple process to follow. no need for multiple trips to embassy to get a visa. Only passaport feature was a bit difficult to get to work. Fortunately the email option was available.
