Firstly the application was very smooth and fast. I never expected it to be done so soon. And requirements was very easy to complete. In general the process was effortless

Unwittingly used iVisa rather than doing it direct with the Indian High Commission. However I was glad I did as I found iVisa to be super efficient and the whole experience has been painless. Would definitely recommend.
It took me a little while to understand that you have to take the foto of the passport first and then make it to a file ,in my case by the drive on my unit.
I was guided along all the way and it was easy to check the progress of my visa . I had to try a few times to get suitable photos but was prompted along .

Absolute life saver getting a very last minute visa to India. Even though we have been to India before, we did not remember that they require you to apply at least 4 days ahead of time for a visa. We had a 5 PM flight out of LAX to Mumbai with a layover in Dubai first. We travel quite a bit and we are very used to applying for the visas the day of or just doing Visa on arrival that we didn’t even bother looking at the requirements for India. Completely our mistake. No where else was I seeing an option for a rush visa not even directly through the official Indian gov website. iVisa had the option for a 24-30 hour turnaround. Because of the rush it was definitely not cheap but we were desperate and out of options. We applied for the visa the morning of the flight around 10am Pacific time. At the airport we were not allowed to check our bags all the way through to Mumbai because we still didn’t have the visa. It was almost a 16 hour flight to Dubai and I was checking for updates the whole flight and was very worried we weren’t going to get it in time as it was also the weekend in India. But sure enough right before landing I got the notice for our visas. Even our friend in India talked to friends in immigration who told her there was a less than 1% chance to get a visa in a day.

From the ease of filling up the application forms to the final acceptance, the whole process was so intuitive. The only hiccup I'm having is downloading the iVisa app in my iPhone. For some reason it won't open after entering the login code. It will just keep on searching. A number of personnel from the responsible department had already extended help but to no avail. They were very polite, courteous, and patient in dealing with me. It was easy to apply, but if a mistake is made its difficult to get immediate help when asking on WhatsApp, as per the suggestion by yourselves. Communication was good by email. Overall it was a good and efficient experience as I received the visas very fast, to my delight.
