There was an inaccuracy of vagueness in the process on line. Website asked for company letter of invitation or a biz card. I provided the former, then I had to provide the latter afterwards.

Maybe computer generated the alternative being inept, incompetent staff' DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. APPLY DIRECT VIA indian-evisa at gov.in (change at to @ for email address) SAVE YOURSELF US$60 ish AND A LOAD OF HASSLE FROM THIS THIRD PARTY WHO ARE INCAPABLE OF ANSWERING ISSUES AND ADD NO VALUE. I used iVisa as I found the Govt alternative to be a very difficult experience (and I am a very experienced user). Questions similar to asking for Indian referees caused me to ask for assistance but resultant email gave no assistance, nor did their link. iVisa easier and - no idea why - Govt site wanted $240 for the visa - iVisa actually cheaper. Govt site was worst experience in requesting online visa. Indonesia - 2 minutes !
