I applied for an Indian visa. The company offered an expedite service of 36 hours which you pay an obscene amount of money for. I contacted the Indian evisa service directly to be advised there is no such service and that it can take up to 72 hours to process the visa. I contacted customer services and was advised that there is no expedited service but in there experience the visa comes back within 24-48 hours. The website is completely misleading and taking money for a service they can not legitimately offer. As per usual they have a disclaimer in the very small print of the agreement. I definately would not use them again and feel completely scammed.

We didn’t even need a visa. It was on arrival visa. Just the waste of money. Agent don’t tell you the truth they only need money.
It was Quick and from the comfort of ur home. I applied on Saturday evening and they send me the Visa on Sunday morning.

I did find it odd that I had to pay before sending my photo, but other than that I am happy... except that you have to pay extra to get a hard copy, for the price a hard copy should be included

Easy. I made a mistake on the application and was able to chat with them easily to make necessary changes. Had a question about visa eligibility that was answered with reassurance.
I think it went ok although I had to restart as I somehow forgot to download the passport the first time. But I sorted it out and the instructions were understandable.
