You have issued a visa that expires before my return date from india. I have specified on my visa application the dates of my trip, but these were nit taken into account. I expect an adjusted/ new visa or a refund for the bad service i got. I will need this done asap.
Would have been 5 stars other than when/if a document is rejected, a number of generic reasons are given. It would be more helpful if the specific reason could be given. Otherwise, an excellent service.

I guess online conversations in messages were left sporadically. Communication with long time ( upto 7-8 minutes) not letting you know what are they doing. Should I hang up or are they still working on my case.

I am a journeymen from Germany and staying now in Australia. I gave all my personal details to Ivisa, I paid, and 3 days later I got my visa. They did there job.
The iVisa form was easier/shorter than the Indian Government form - which presumably means that some of their answers were 'unreliable'. I had completed the forms directly with India but there was a problem with the visa payment - i was rejected 7 times and as my need was within 4 weeks I decided to go to iVisa - and I had the visa granted within 24 hours - hopefully, it is valid/legit as the Indian Government say that no agencies have been authorized to make submissions. I know that iVisa are a business but their charge is rather a lot for submitting a form that I had already completed - although they did submit my photo which for me needed reducing in file size and for them too presumably. A few minutes work with a hefty charge - but not as high a charge as other agencies. But they pretty much guaranteed approval within 5 days and this process provided peace of mind. Use them again - YES.

It's a total nightmare as a British citizen based in the US to apply for a visa for India through the normal channels. I can't tell you how many tried and failed attempts using their website. iVisa handled things quickly and well. A fabulous experience.

The information I got are alltimes correct and clear. What they mention at the beginning, that doing also throw the complete process open and honest.
Simple to complete and they provided excellent visibility and communication throughout the process. Several traveling companions did not use iVisa and had lots of problems with the Indian government website.
