Quick and professional actions to get Visa on Arrival for India. This my second time with iVisa Benjamin
After I entered my date of departure the application locked me into "Rush Processing" at 4 hours. Instead of 24 hours or even 8 hours. Approval came quickly, but the cost was quite high when I could have received this approval later today or tomorrow. So I am upset at the cost.

I was in a fix of how to get my Indian visa in an extremely short time. I saw them referenced on Quora by someone, so decided to give them a try. The government requires at least 4 days before the arrival date to even apply online. Thankfully iVisa helped me out. Although the price for an expedited visa was steep, they made it happen. Our visa application was processed and approved within 48 hours. In addition, the data collection during the application was easy, as was the taking and uploading of photos of our passports and passport photos. We also liked the fact that the chronology of visa processing was clearly displayed and updated on the iVisa homepage. What we didn't like was that we were asked in a standard email to submit another photo of one or both passports. It was not clear if only one photo had flaws or both. In addition, it was not clear what type of defect it was. So we didn't know what to do better. We then wrote an email and asked where the problem was. The receipt of this mail was confirmed to us, but no reply was sent to us. We then took and sent the photos a second time on the next day and fortunately, for whatever reason, the quality was better this time. We submitted a joint application for two people. This is probably the reason that all emails were sent to us twice. This is superfluous. All in all, we are so satisfied that we will order our visas via iVisa again if necessary.

It is extremely difficult to log back in to retrieve my documents. I never received the code to log back in. I will be reporting this site a fraudulent if I’m unable to retrieve or log back in.

At the top of the ivisa, all words that contain an "n" are not displayed correctly on the digital copy, even using Google Chrome as the web browser. The link at the bottom of the page about yellow fever doesn't work. Your digital product has bugs and needs to be fixed! I was able to open a pdf and print out a hard copy that had no errors (except for the bad link about yellow fever.

Once I got the hang of the picture taking of my passport and only fixed when I switched to manual mode to avoid auto cropping on upload.. everything went incredibly fast.
