The application process went very well until I got to uploading my Passport photo. The upload process reached 99.9% and then aborted with the comment "unauthenticated". I raised the problem on on your chatline but got no response. Next time I tried to upload there passport photo it worked perfectly! Perhaps you sorted it after receiving my chat message? If so, a message to say it had been done would have been useful.

After trying to apply for a VISA and finding the whole process very confusing I was advised to used IVISA.com. It took about half an hour to apply for two VISA’s and couldn’t have been simpler. Two days later I had my VISA. IVISA took all the stress and anxiety as to whether I would be going on vacation or not and charged me only $35 for peice of mind. Couldn’t recommend more!

I needed a visa to India quickly. The level of customer support was great; in order to properly complete my registration, I had to communicate via text/chat with a representative. The representative was very responsive and knowledgable and was able to complete the actions to process my application. Resulting in timely completion/approval of application. However, I had to use a representative because the web site would not allow me to submit/upload the corrected documents needed. This was frustrating, but the representative made up for it.
Had to wait on hold for a bit but once I reached a person the service was excellent. They walked me through some issues and the process was not stressful at all. Visas are done!

I received my Indian eVisa by email less than 24 hours after completing and submitting the application to iVisa! During the process of filling out the application I had a question which I was able to get answered quickly with a phone call to their customer service number. I was also able to verify on the Indian government visa website that the visa had indeed been granted. For me the $35 service fee was more than worth the peace of mind and quick turn-around time.

I understood from my travel company that Indian visas were notoriously difficult to obtain, simply by virtue of the paperwork being incredibly complex, and long-winded. It was quite unclear what documents that needed to be provided for an Indian business visa. Before I started the application certain documents was stated as mandatory, but during the application, I couldn't upload these documents.
