Well I was stuck with filling the form for Indian Visa - there were so many irrelevant questions that was hindering the process - someone should re-look at the form Then came the chat box and the response was awesome..within minutes the forms were filled - documents uploaded and clarifications done. I was very happy with the ease of getting a visa through I visa having got a India Visa through another source recently which was a circus. But when I did not get any information re approval [with the clock ticking down to departure] I tried to get onto the site to check but was unable to sign on.I was however able to check on application progress and saw that the visa documents had already been sent out ,but I had not received them I tried to contact ivisa 1 by website told my email was invalid 2 by phone and phone answer was all about the hours of operation 8am-8pm M-F and it was already after 9am and 20 minutes later hearing the same message I hung up 3 by email on the website 4 by email from my server So I am happy that within about 11/2 I got two emails 1 looks like the original that I would have expected 2 one that was a result of my email ...but no explanation or apology as to why this happened and the added frustration of the system letting me down Follow through should be part of the service not just " lets fix it now"

The website needs improvement. It wasn't easy to add the required information to the application after you saved it. I was only able to add information via email.
reasonably easy to use. I suggest you make it clear that BOTH the Passport AND the individuals photograph should be scanned & emailed at the same time. QUESTION : Is it necessary to include both the passport & photo of the individual … the passport includes the photograph already !!
I needed a tourist visa to India. iVisa was excellent. I paid the money, filled out the form, and a few days later the eVisa arrived by email.

Very easy to use service that was worth the money for the Indian e-tourist visa. Their website was easy to use and user-friendly. I didn't need to go through the hassle of using the embassy site that at times can be confusing and hard to double check my work. I especially liked that they would resubmit the visa application for free if it returned an error.

Fast, efficient and over delivered. My only comment is that before the payment is processed that the passport copy and photo be uploaded first not after ie. complete the application with all documents in the knowledge they were uploaded and complete and then go to payment details before finalising.
One problem I have always had is moving through the steps to obtain the Indian Visa. It is onerous and complicated, and fussy. For the first time I used iVisa, and had my approved visa back within 24 hours, without even having to go to VFS to wait in the interminable queues. I will never use anyone else again. 100 marks to iVisa.
