This business charges a healthy sum to use their service. However, it seems their technical implementation is far from ideal. I was getting 500 errors just trying to login -- forget about checking my order. It’s not hard to design a site that actually works. After all, it is 2019 and this has been done a few times. I imagine a few investors have paid a couple kids a few quid to whip up something cute. Meanwhile, we pay an exorbitant fee for something straightforward.

I was not notified by email that there was a problem with my passport. I feel that if there is an issue with the submitted documents that the person requesting should be notified. I logged in to check the status and was then told that my passport was blurry. Not sure I will use this service again. I still dont have my visa and I leave on Sunday May 26th.

I would never recommend Ivisa to anyone! They overcharged my credit card by a large amount and all messages to customer service trying to get my money back, go unanswered. Do not give this company your credit card details!
