At first it looks like it's a lot easier to use this service than applying direct. Unfortunately after you pay they ask for all the same info that you need to supply applying direct. Waste of money.

The experience was so streamline from start to finish. I was especially impressed with the excellent Customer Service. Every time I had asked a question, an agent immediately responded in spite of the late night hours. I received my approved Visa with in days following my Visa submission to Ivisa. Previously I have investigated other companies to do the same thing, but they were highly complex and the process seemed very difficult and arduous. First time using a visa agent and really pleased I have previously always sorted my own visas when travelling. However, I had heard that Indian visas were a bit tricky at times and were often refused or returned. Busy with work, I did not have the time for this so chose to use iVisa. The BEST! I had a horrible experience with the Indian Government site “Evisa online.Gov” they just want your money, they give you one chance to rectify your scanned picture within 40 hours their time, whatever that means, I tried calling “in India “ 7 -9 times, to get hung up on, and told “you pay, you pay again” . I read that on person applied 6 times. With I- Vissa, I had my Indian visa within less than 72 hours, and was able to connect twice with a consultant since I had become somewhat apprehensive. THEY ARE SIMPY THE BEST, don’t waist you time, energy or money . Good luck! Safe travels.

iVisa was amazingly helpful! Due to my circumstances, I needed an Indian visa for next day travel, and had nowhere to turn until I found iVisa. The application process was easy and streamlined (especially compared to the normal Indian e-visa application), and customer support was really top notch in making sure my application was expedited as much as possible. They also did a great job at reassuring me that it would be taken care of correctly. I got my visa within 18 hours of application. I will definitely use iVisa in the future.
In applying for an EVisa they gave me wrong advice asking me to provide documentation that wasn't required. I went to the government website directly and had an EVisa within the hour. They refunded the visa charge but not their own surcharge even though they clearly had made an error. Postscript: They have now followed up as a result of this review, acknowledged their mistake and refunded the additional money. I appreciate this but obviously would have preferred correct advice from the outset.
