After getting frustrated with the Indian Government site and harrusted be other sites this was smooth and easy to complete and received within days... great site, well done iVisa.
A few changes would help this process. Overall it was just fine but as you got into the heart, it asked you to download the inside pages of your passport and also a passport photo. Neither of these are a problem. My main suggestion is that this should have been stated before i began to answer the multiple questions for the visa.

I generally complete visa applications myself directly (e.g. the Russian Federation), but I found the on-line application process for an Indian e-tourist visa cumbersome and stressful. Went back and forth a few times with required photos and being able to provide additional, personal details that were needed to obtain final approval. The details needed where not available in the area of the document when I first applied. I had to submit these details in an email. Also there was no indication that I needed to provide a color passport or headshot. I received this request in an email follow-up from an iVisa representative.
You should have people talking in spanish for customer service. It is unbelievable that a company dedicates to issue visas don't have any spanish speaker. For the rest everything was ok.
