A lot of information required but it ensured it was correct and the visa only took 2 days. Great.
This system was quick and efficient. I had found the official Indian Government registration system and spent hours filling in on line forms. I then discovered there was no way to lodge the forms other than snail mail. iVisa was all done on line in a logical way. It slowed for situations where one might need to go back and add information later that was not available at the time.

Poor communication. Did not update us when evisa was done. No communication. They were able to take payment unlike the India gov site. However, they didn't send my evisa until I inquired via their support chat on day 3 even though I paid for the 24 hour rush. The evisa was approved within 48 hours ivisa didn't care to update me. Had I not contacted them via chat I doubt they would have even proactively sent my evisa and update me that the evisa was done and approved. I requested a refund which they refused. I printed my evisa from india site more than 36 hours before ivisa even notifies me they have it. What are we paying for? The payment processing only because the India gov site has issues taking payments? I don't believe I received the service I paid for. The website is deceiving as they can not guarantee 24 hours. Then the lack of communication makes it worse. These issues are easily fixed. Hopefully ivisa will figure it out. Easy website to navigate and make payment. However, the communication is not good and I have a rush flight so timing was important. For paying more than $200 for my rush evisa I should not have had to keep checking the India gov site to see if it's approved and then be forced to print from there due to lack of communication from ivisa. I just received a response from their support and they are refusing to offer a refund. What a ripoff.

Process was easy, when I had questions, customer service was helpful and patient, and I received my evisa by email in a timely fashion. There was one short delay, but that was not caused by iVisa. The Indian gov't was backed up with visa requests, but iVisa stayed on top of it and I received my evisa 11 hours after being informed of the delay. Would definitely recommend.
WOW! Way Faster then promised! I paid for the 2 day rush. Submitted my docs at 8AM they had them sent to the government in a few hours. I had my visa in just over 24Hours! They called me when my photo was not good enough and followed up telling me it was good togo! Excellent communication. I had tried for 4 hours to submit my visa my self on the India gov website with failure every time. Also It would have been rejected I learned by working with them I was uploading the wrong pic.
I was very happy with the service from iVisa. I had attempted to get the visa on my own and was very frustrated with the process and ended up losing the fee. iVisa was much clear and more user friendly and received my visa without any stress.

Recently applied for an etourist visa for India for self and partner. The Government site is hopelessly inefficient and repeated applications failed. iVisa to the rescue! Simpler application form, quicker more reliable process, excellent outcome. And plenty of help on the chat line when I encountered a problem with upload of photos. Sure there is a service fee, but much lower than some, perhaps all, other online agencies offering the same service. iVisa gets my wholehearted approval.

Fast efficient. I was pressed for time and wanted to avoid any errors or problems that could delay or deny my visa. Therefore I decided to use a iVisa instead of going directly to India gov site. to apply for India eVisa. They acted as 2nd eye to make sure I did not incorrectly enter data wrong. Also I had questions about correct answers when filling data for visa. Online chat helped me trough them. There clickable "?" more info on data entry section also helped me to avoid error on passport photo scan as I only created a photo scan of bio page but did not include page with signature. They took half the time I expected so I suspect because they process many visa and check for errors that India immigration might be giving them expedited path because Gov. staff doesn't have to worry about incorrectly entered data and also deal with tons of individual payment processing. There were other sites offering this service but from what I could find iVisa was legitimate plus had a USA address and telephone and I tested chat before applying. Anyhow bottom line yeah had to pay more but I got my visa with no problems and quick so I am happy.
They were all really helpful and very prompt to reply to any questions that I emailed them. Very happy with the service that they provided.

I was in a panic once I realized its Thursday evening, my flight is Saturday and I forgot to get a VISA!!! I found the website and while I had to pay more, was very happy to have an upfront commitment to get this done in 24 hours. Thursday 6pm I hit submit. And by Friday afternoon 10am I had my VISA! Otherwise I'd be running around to the embassy, waiting in line, etc. What a relief. Loved the website experience. Was concerned about having to pay first before I know it works. Easy to use and navigate. I did have some issues with uploading. The email function didn't work. But the upload directly to the site did. Be patient.

The government website can often be glitchy so working through iVisa was a quick, easy alternative when obtaining my travel visa for India.
Indian ETA evisa Application. After trying 3 or 4 other sites and not feeling confident they would get the right visa I came across iVisa and everything fell into place and importantly the continuity and links from one page to the next worked. The processing fee was the lowest I came across and I received my India ETA in two days. Yippee!

Recievied my visa hasselfree within 48 hours. Fantastic! Initially I needed a colour digital copy of my passport which ivisa immediately notified me. Within the hour of notice my visa application was on it's way to the consul for verification. Excellent. Easy. Comprehensible & Fast. And best of all reasonable prices. Having previously applied for visas to India directly through the Indian Government website, a lengthy and frustrating process, I would highly recommend ivisa to take the stress away. Stuck at the airport on this occasion, with an invalid visa, I took a chance with ivisa in a last bid hope to take my trip... within 17 hours of applying, I had a valid visa and am currently queuing to board a plane. 😊

When I ran into a problem with getting a clear image of my passport I had to wait a few days. I couldn't figure out how to edit my application once I had a better image. Very fast and straightforward service. One thing that would have been clarity ahead of time that it was nevessary to log into the account to complete additional personal information needing to be filled out - this wasn't made clear at the point of initial online submission. Other than this minor concern, one of the easier visa application methods out there. Looking forward to my visit !
