the format should be improved, also, the phone system is a total disaster, i was on the phone for 45min because it was necessary for me to talk to someone...nobody ever pick up for me to talk with...i tried several times and experienced the same situation. i will not recommend your service to any of my traveling companions

The staff were very helpful in navigating my delayed visa. However, I ordered a 24 hr super rush and it arrived 4-5 hours late and I had to reschedule all my flights. If it had arrived in time it wouldnβt have happened. I got a refund of my super rush and would order again, but never rushed

I would give 5 stars however after starting the application I found out that they wouldn't be able to start the process for another month. They charged my credit card at the time and then kept reminding me to finish it before the date they could start it. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to not be charged and only reminded when the date was a few days away.

Took several days & lots of emails to get our Indian visas done. Presumably all the different information requested in these various emails were a necessity but was still a stressful & drawn our experience. As we had not planned even going off the cruise ship when we enter Indian waters as we had visited several times in the past 15 years or so it was an unexpected extra expense. BUT thank you anyway I-visa - as much as we had to deal with 5 different staff to procure these visas we do at last have them Carol Elgayar
Couldn't input all the required personal information required for an Indian e-visa application manually. Unsure if the problem was my computer or their site. That was frustrating but iVisa customer service staff was wonderful and went the extra mile to make sure my e-visa was correctly submitted. I received help from both chat line and telephone personnel. All were well spoken, polite, patient and reassuring. Would recommend this company.
