I purchased the super rapid business e-visa for India. I was assured it would be provided within 24 hours. After numerous Live Chats with people (bots?), I was told it would be a few more minutes (when after my 24 hour window passed). Later I was told it would be 12 more hours and I finally received it after 36 hours. While I appreciate the fact that it was received, my challenge was that I could not talk to a live person, felt like I was just told "pat" answers when I was totally freaking out. I was not able to board my flight because I didn't have my Visa so I am out the high fare difference. The process was easy, payment was easy, I did get my Visa but the fact that I could not speak with someone and had to push for them to escalate or contact the India government was frustrating. I did get a refund for a portion of my fee since I didn't receive it within 24 hours as committed.

E-visa processing times was really really fast. Even though we opted for regular 4 day processing , we were amazed to see that our India e-visa was processed in less than 2 days. Also iVisa website is intuitive and so user friendly. Highly recommend to anyone.

iVisa made false claims and lead me to waste thousands in airfare and travel expenses. I applied for a 24 hour rush eVisa for India and paid $212.00. The web portal displayed a count down clock telling me that I would receive my eVisa within the 24 hours. I boarded my flight based on numerous assurances from the company that the eVisa was imminent. After waiting 36 hours I contacted the eVisa authorities in India and they responded by saying that iVisa web portal was a fake website and my personal data was compromised. I was stranded in Frankfurt for 24 hours and then had to return to US. On my way back I received an email with the eVisa attached. I do not know if I can trust it. Please do not use this site. Go to the official site for eVisas.

Easy peasy Indian Visa! After spending hours trying to 1) find out if Ivisa was a fake website, 2) trying to use the Indian Govt website with all it's restrictions on file size, 3) paying out to have our photos done to the indian govt specifications and still not succeeding, I decided to use Ivisa. An absolutely brilliant service - they have no restrictions on file size or format, you can take your own photos as long as good quality, they email you if there's a problem - Chat is brilliant, can't fault the service, AND you can check the validity of your visa on the Indian Govt website - Both visa's back in 2 days!

Before coming to this site I had the most frustrating months trying to apply online through the Indian e-Visa site. The site's radio buttons did not work, I was locked out of the page numerous times, the website experienced outages, and I had to re apply for a visa nearly 9 times making my experience with the e-visa site nothing short of harrowing. After 8 hours of frustration on the India.gov site, and finally being unable to upload passport pages there, I resorted to iVisa. Incredibly, I was done with my application and my wife's in less than 20 minutes! I was pleased with the clear instructions, the emphasis on information that was important, the functionality of the site (e.g., ease of uploads), and the overall supportive environment provided. I got immediate feedback when one photo was found to be too small, and was able to correct that within minutes. After 3 days we got our visas, and the price was a bargain. I am grateful and highly recommend this service.
When I filed the form - expected completion was 4 days. Two weeks later I received email that application was rejected. Ten minutes later another email to ignore previous email, it stated that application processing almost completed. It soooo stupid to send email that application was rejected. If I need to file for visa next time I will not apply here.
