I did try to obtain an Indian Visa with a different operator, unfortunately they, put too many hurdles and unnecessary obstructions in the upload of the visa requirements. I then switched to I-Visa and found them to be very helpful efficient and it was a good experience. Thanks to their help team.

I didn't have much information on other service providers cost on availing the ETA, otherwise service provided by iVISA is marvelous during this time and my 1st time application processing. I highly recommend to avail services from iVISA. Is there any price match option available?
Easy to understand, easy to use. Little bit of confusion for me in that the multiple-entry i-visa seemed to refer to a duration of one year in the supporting information, but when completing it online accepted only 90 days maximum between entry and last exit. UPDATE - Ah, now I see ... the e-Visa *IS* valid for 1 year, and as explained in the e-Visa itself, each stay within that period must be no longer than 90 days max. I think the online application could clarify this also, for a better user experience.

i am impressed that I received my visa so quickly!!! It was a pain with the application though. It would not accept my hotel's phone number, so that I could move farther on. Had trouble with my photo's also. Seemed like it took a lone time. I did have to use "the Chat", which helped. Forget about called the phone number given. No one ever picked up.
