Forgot our India visas until we started checking in online. Applied for a 24 hr evisa before leaving for London. Visa arrived several hours before our London-Delhi flight. Without this expedited processing we would have been extremely inconvenienced and out a great deal of money.

Service was good and no complaint but it took over 48 hours and I paid for less than 24 hours leading to flight rearrangements needing to be made I also had to ask for the visa when it arrived rather than having it emailed to me
Horrible customer support. Tatkal visa took over 48 hrs to be received. Lost the family member and missed seeing her due to the delay in the process. All departments kept pushing the buck on each other and no one helped. Disgusted by the state of affairs and how ill managed the entire isue is. If you really want to assist people, have a 24 hr helpline that someone rrally answers. 2 days of calling you and being on hold forever and then getting cut off is useless and frustrating. Online support blames the government. Whats the use of paying you if you can not expedite or even answer calls.

I did not have any good experiences at all unfortunately. I applied 12 days before my departure day and 10 days before I got an email from visa.com confirming that my documents have been successfully received and are now under review with the governmental authorities and that the visa should be received within the next 3 days. The day before my departure I noticed that I never received my visa and when I reached out to visa.com asking about it, they said that an email has been sent asking for a colored scan of my passport, not a black and white. I have never received such an email, which is very unfortunate. Also, if it needs to be in color, they should specify this on their portal when uploading the scan. I could not board the flight and had t o buy a new flight at a much higher cost due to this mal communication.I relied that the visa will be sent on time and due to this did not bother about it before, which was my mistake. I would recommend to anyone traveling to better apply for visa through the official governmental site.

Paid for 24-hour processing and they submitted the application very quickly. I didn't receive the e-visa within 24 hours and so I reached out via the iVisa chat client. I was told that the Indian government/embassy was very busy/slow and therefore the delay was out of their control. I waited for another 24 hours and received the same response. In the end, I received the e-visa 4 hours before my flight - nearly 60 hours after I submitted the application. I fully understand the situation and that they could do nothing to expedite it further but the website is a little misleading in the "24-hour" processing time. I'm ultimately glad that I was able to make the trip and not go into the logistical nightmare of rescheduling travel plans.
Poor Communication - was there a scam? You told me the application was incomplete. When I went back to your web-site to complete it, I was asked to pay a second time. You didn't answer my message asking why, but then issued the visa. Clearly, the application wasn't incomplete
