I applied for a Tourist Visa for India, somehow after a few hours l got an email saying more documents needed.?????? Immediately l knew that l had somehow in the system being out forward for a business visa, so l called up and said "Oi, what's happening" , they apologised and rectified it immediately, made me feel at ease and that is why l gave them 4 ****. As to how that happened,let's call it a glitch. The Customer Service is 24/7 and real people in real time turning a problem into a solution. π Haven't got my Visa yet but its tracking system is keeping me in the loop. Our visa was promised with 48 hours. It was emailed to me after 63 hours. We had to reschedule the flight at additional cost.

Everything went nice and smoothly. The only issue I had is that I had initially filled out my travel plans, which was later changed and I was unable to go back and revise the first page of the application, so I ended up having to fill out a brand new one.
