The website is good and easy to submit the details. I needed a visa for India and ordered the super rush (24 hours) processing. They were not able to get this in 24 hours, but got it in 48 hours. They refunded the super rush fee. I am satisfied with their overall response and their promptness.
My visa was completed very quickly with adequate communication along the process!

Received indian tourist visa by email in 48hours over a weekend! Checked status on indian government website which confirmed visa was granted and official. Easy to use professional website, but like other reviewers have stated, a first time user will be sceptical about proceeding as full payment is required at the start rather than the end of the application. Will highly recommend though.

Got the visa done even though they were well outside the advertised time frame due to the government moving slowly. It needs to be more clear that times have nothing to do with iVisa and everything to do with how quickly the government is processing visas.

This is such a great tool for visa application which is normally a daunting experience. But with ivisa the process is stress free and seamless and obviously very fast. IVisa should do research on the vaccines required because when I made an enquiry with them on the vaccinations I need to enter India they said none was required, however, Kenyan citizens are required to get an OPV vaccines...oral polio vaccine. On my initial application for an eVisa, the passport photo I scanned on my computer was not accepted as it was "too blurry". I was able to go into my scanner menu to adjust the clarity of the photo by increasing the amount of pixels. The new scanned photo was then accepted and I had my eVisa 2 days later.
Applied for mine & my partners visas to early so they was put on hold until it was the right time. We was kept up to date at all times and on the day they went in to be processed we got the back as well when we was expecting them to take 5 days. Very fast and efficient, excellent service.

The speed of processing the visa was indeed very impressive. The only issue I had was during the uploading of picture and passport which was not as smooth as it it seemed. Otherwise, all very well.
This is a solid service that greatly simplifies the visa application process for countries with rather complex and inefficient websites, such as India. However, customer service is not always easy to get a hold of since they never answer the phone and are a little slow to respond via email. Not everyone wants to use the chat function online, so it could be a little bit more efficient in the process of trying to get a hold of someone at the company. Still, I am very relieved to have had the service to get my E-visa quickly.
