The 24h urgent service cannot be guaranteed. There is no point going through the agency. Better go direct with the government, which will take between 24hrs to 72hrs to deliver visas, depending on their workload.
I will pay for have the iVisa in 2 days and it has taken 1 week!
Absolutely the pits. They are a joke. Took 6 days to process my application and then got it horribly wrong and they sent me my expired visa to me. I cannot think of another time I have had a worse experience. Never ever again. I will say the staff were always polite, but they couldn’t fight their way out of a paper bag. So disappointed as they came highly recommended.
I would recommend Ivisa to anyone struggling with that british company. This was by far such a simpler and intuitive process rather than jumping from one site to another and then back. IVisa Thank you for making the visa process so easy.

Wouldn't normally consider using an agent to apply for a visa but the official Indian Govt website looked very complicated and not at all user friendly. After researching what's available I chose iVisa and I'm very happy I did so. I am travelling to India in three weeks time. Tried multiple times to get a Visa through the Indian embassy website, Consistently couldn’t get past page 1 to 3 and then when the Temporary application number was put in my say Supposedly saved details were blank each time probably more than 10 times I tried. No Response to emails phone calls etc eventually gave up. A friend told me about your website and it was so easy and quick. The only comment I have is that my confirmation email told me that my order was not complete, which made me think that I had not completed something on the form rather than it was just in process and I had to wait. After the previous experience of the Indian embassy it just made me nervous that I hadn’t done it all correctly and I was starting to get worried. Other than that wonderful, thank you very much

There was a delay in the service. I paid for 24 hour but it took 4 days. Ivisa handled it well and gave me a part refund, but it was very frustrating as I was planing to travel a lot sooner. At the end of the day it was the Indian Govt that delayed the process, but a service level should not be promised if it can not be guaranteed, always better to under promise and over deliver.
Complete rubbish. We also applied through usual India evisa website. We paid super extra to get ivosa to expedite. Yet they did t deliver. And still haven’t delivered. And the standard India evisa delivered the next day. This website is a rip off.
I ordered a visa for India choosing the 24 hour priority option. My visa was processed very quickly by iVisa but got held up by government resulting in a 3 day turnaround but iVisa were very good reassuring me it would arrive before my departure date. I found them very helpful as I was very stressed about the delay and they reassured me.
I can understand sometime it takes time but me and my wife very thankful to ivisa... We are eagerly waiting for our son visa...

I purchased a 24 hour response but took longer than 24 hours. The excuse given was that the officials were too busy to process within that window.
I applied for an e-visa to India. Their website was easy to use and pretty straight forward. My only concern was that the "24-hour rush service" was misleading. They made it seem like you get your visa within 24 hours, but you actually don't. The "24 hours" is the time frame for them to submit your visa application to the government. They have no control over how long it takes for the government to process the application after that. Mine took 2 days and I actually had to cancel my flight and book a new one due to visa not being ready. Therefore, beware of the time frame if you're using this site.

I paid for the super fast track 24 hour service. After 24 hours I had not received any visa and had no idea what was going on. I had to send a message to see what was going on to be told it would be three extra hours and there was no guarantee. If you cannot quarantine 24 hours, it should not be sold as that.

Super easy to use, customer support was almost freakishly quick at responding to my emails. My only concern is that when I had to re-upload a copy of my passport I was asked to send it directly to the support email. I think it would be nice to have an option with the application itself to update documents. Then again, support was so fast in receiving and processing it I can't complain.

Do not try and send a copy of the photo in your passport. You need to send a stand alone face photo.

Simple 3-step process and 48-hour delivery of Visa for travel to India. Main downside: payment at step 2 BEFORE users have to input most of the critical information. This made me question the entire process—and wonder whether I could trust iVisa. The online application is much, much simple than the official one and it works! I had my visa originally rejected by the regular application. Very extremely slow in response over emails. I sent email on Oct 10 asking about the photo specification but you replied me on Oct 12. This was quite urgent so that's why I applied for the 24-hour service for my boss. If I waited for your reply, then my boss could not get a visa in time for travelling. In addition, I applied for the 24-hour service but it took about 3 days to get the visa.

Getting a visa arranged through iVisa was much easier than I had anticipated. The format of the screens is very clear, the information does not need to be completed in one day, you can save what you have added to your application and go back to it on another day. Adding photos of your passport and extra photos for the visa forms was also easy. I used my mobile to take a photo of my passport and myself then sent these to my computer. It is really easy to then transfer these to the application form. There is ample time to get this done and iVisa send you email reminders every so often.
