I'm amazed. My Indian e-visa has arrived in just two days, even less than the four promised and much less than the time taken last year via the 'official' route. The explanations about the different types of visa, and their prices, were very clear (unlike some confusing and/or ambiguous information on Indian Government sites), and the application process was fairly straightforward and easy to follow.
super easy to apply. I was worried at the beginning that this was a fraudulent site but when I googled and saw the Trust Pilot reviews I was reassured. Plus a few people I know just used it right before I did. My only feedback is the flow of filling out the form is a bit weird. It takes your payment first and then asks you for all your personal information such as passport, where you're travelling in India etc. In my opinion to make people less reluctant to pay you should have this step come first, not after.

I really tried to go through the Indian government website. I tried it at several different times of day, using three different browsers, after clearing cookies, on a different computer, starting from a partial application and starting new... Always froze at the last step ("verification") before payment. Others I am traveling with got it to work, but I just couldn't for some reason. I decided that $35 was worth the peace of mind I'd have from getting my visa settled and went with iVisa. Submitted it around 11pm last night, got it before the end of the workday today! I downloaded the eVisa they sent, took the application number from there and put it into the Indian government site, and confirmed that my status was "granted" and downloaded the same document. I'm glad I bit the bullet and paid iVisa.

Visa process not delivered as promised - Way over the 24hour limit that I needed my visa for, and thus I missed my flight thanks to their false promises and exaggerated delays
I am sorry to give a low review but my 24 hour visa actually took 72 hours. I missed my flight (lost 1600$) and ivisa did not respond to my email request for a partial credit- which I think is fair considering. On the good side- they were polite on the phone and were polite on the chat feature.

I chose your service to get an expedited Visa. I did not receive this approval in time for my trip and had to cancel. As a result, this service did not provide any value and I am expecting a refund.
The website is very clear, the application process as simple as it can be made, and I liked the support I got for my Indian visa. The biggest issue was I paid the highest price for 24 hours and it took a little over 2 days. No refund was offered. I just suggest that these promises aren't made if they can't be fulfilled and/or make the customer whole when you under-deliver.
Quick and simple, More you do not want... ! Although it would nee nice if they store your basic data in your profile for a next application, so that you do not have to fill it out again. I could not find this option

Simple and easy to apply. Very Quick turn around time, even for resolving queries. Evolving with time by accepting digital photos agains old paper photo era which used to waste a lot of time and some money too. Would be good if the maximum stay to be increased to 6 months instead of 3 months. Then definitely people will move from applying Indian based OCI to iVisa.

The process was quick and efficient. We have had issues using the Indian website to process visa's in the past, so it was worth the $35 fee. We verified the visa in the Indian website.

Fast service! Very impressed with the online "Need help" function. They were able to resolve my issue live in a couple of minutes.
The chat room was excellent - very quick, polite responses at all hours with the information I requested. They also checked the docs to make sure they would be processed by the Indian govt e visa people. The issue was that they appeared to guarantee a 24 hour processing which I paid 100 usd for. Instead it took about 56 hours (just fyi indian govt processes over the weekend which is great) I am happy I got the e visa just in time for travel, without any complications, but it would be good if there was a disclaimer that a 24 hour processing time is not guaranteed. However, they did refund me 65 usd ! due to the later processing without me formally requesting it! Good on you. Overall - it is trustworthy - they do most of what they say they will, except for the 24 hour guarantee. But they do refund if it does not happen in advertised time. I will use the service again.
Although we paid $130 extra for the visa to get here in 24hrs (because of the guarantee) our visas did not get approved until 5 days later. I understand the government is responsible for the approval so with that being said, this company should not offer any sort of guarantee since they have absolutely no control over the governments timing. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the great customer service I received when trying to get a refund. Other than that I would have rated this company a 1 star for false advertising.

I did not get my 24 hour visa in 24 hours. I wasn't given multiple entries. I asked if my first purchase could be updated to married surname after paying $81. I was told no it was my mistake so I have to pay for a second. Which was another $126 and then I didn't get the visa in the time paid for. I would like a refund for you all not meeting the time I purchased. This second visa has double entry for only 29 days. I paid more money and got less time and service. What happen to customer service?
The website is difficult to attach photos and passports. Even after I had them uploaded I had to send passport documents again. They need to work on this but fortunately they came through for us.
Actually it was all pretty easy and straight forward. I’m am a bit technically challenged so I was expecting difficulties. However all went very smoothly and was kept accurately informed along the process as I applied earlier than I needed to

I still have yet to receive my visa . I missed my flight because of it . This ruined my trip & destroyed my dreams of a chance to take my LOA to explore southeast Asia & Dubai. Will NEVER recommend Ivisa to anyone . Horrible experience . Ruined everything .

24h service they couldnt deliver for an indian evisa for a uk national Took the exactly 56h and will not refund me the difference in service fees of 40 usd between there 24h service and 48h service ( which i think is a reasonable request ) The anxiety created and false hope was not worth it However good webchat customer service with real humans Update 2nd november 2019 In regards to customer service, they are very good. After writing this review, a customer rep reached out to me and refunded me the difference in service fees as requested . I have not changed my score as when i eventually recieved the visa , i learnt that it had actually been issued within 36h of application . It Just was never sent to me. If it was sent to me when it was issued, i could have caught my flight
