Did not process my visa on time. Caused intense stress. Still haven’t received visa yet... flight tomorrow- submitted completed application 2 weeks ago.

Quick service but no email was sent upon being granted the visa! Had to login myself and then notice I was granted the visa. Seems like a big issue with the process. One should be notified and be provided updates! Edit: in response to the reply from iVisa. The last email i received from them was asking me to write a review and prior to that, it was an email confirming they’ve received my visa application. I received no email regarding being granted a visa (and I looked through my spam folder as well). Perhaps the company has an issue with their email servers. Recent reviews also indicate similar experiences. Additionally, I noticed my visa was granted over 12 hours ago, so, if an email was sent 2 hours ago, why the 10 hour lag?

Wasn’t quite certain about using a ‘visa agency’ - so many bad reports about scams etc! However, after reading some excellent reviews for IVisa.com, I took the plunge! Filled the applications in for 2 x Indian tourist visas and paid on-line. Firstly, the application process/form is SO MUCH easier via IVisa than directly with the official Indian Gov website, secondly, it’s also cheaper!! 2 visas for $154 (including the IVisa fee), whereas, the Indian Gov’t site suggests its $100 each. Did I get my properly authorised visas? You bet I did - only about 24 hrs after submitting the application! I checked the official Indian visa site as suggested and both visas were confirmed as ‘granted’. Just got to print them off and we’re all set for our trip!
Following my initial application for an eVisa to visit India, iVisa failed to issue a follow-up email requesting required additional documentation. As a result, my eVisa was delayed. Not having received any further information from iVisa after 10 days, I sent an inquiry to iVisa requesting an update. It was only after this 10-day delay that iVisa then requested the needed additional documents. In summary, once iVisa recognized that my application had apparently fallen through the cracks, very prompt action was taken, and my eVisa to visit India was issued in a matter of only two days. While the outcome was positive, iVisa must work harder at communicating with the client as soon as possible to ensure all needed documents are submitted in support of an application.
They said it would take 4 days and they did it in 1 Bravo.

This is based on just one use. Based on this use, I would definitely give iVisa 5 stars. I needed an eVisa for India in just over 18 hours. Well, iVisa really came through. They got it for me in about 12 hours!
