Best ever!!! Only Israel can get a visa approval in 30minutes from start to finish. Had no idea visa is now needed, but they made it so easy. I did it at the ticket counter! So grateful

We had to apply for a visa before departure. We didn't know it was necessary. And everything happened quickly.
Amazing costumer service but it was hard and timely to fill up everything on the phone. I was filling it up for my 3 kids and had to implement the same information over and over again instead of it automatically filling. Overall experience can use improvements but the people were great and super helpful. I paid the extra to get processed fast, it said 30 minuted, but it probably took an more than an hour. I only found out I needed to do it when I got to my connection flight, so it was very last minute and had to do everything fast and on the phone. Not ideal. I chatted with an agent and they made it happen in time for me to get on the flight, much appreciated! just wish the communication was there from the start of how long everything takes

I realized the ETA requirement only during check-in in the airport. It was really the last minutes. Your process was very efficient and ultra quick. ETA was issued in 20 minutes and I could be on-board without any problems.

I have no problem with iVisa, the procedure was very clear, however I had no idea that one needed a visa to enter Israel. There is no advice on the Embassy website in Australia that mentions a requirement for an Australian to get a visa to enter Israel. The only instruction is to that anyone who has an expired Israeli passport can enter Israel until the end of 2025 with their foreign passport.

Do to further research I noticed I shouldn’t be paying more than $20 on a visa yet i paid over $140 ?? This so frustrating and not fair at all considering i was rushing to get through tsa,yet i experienced stress and over paying for a visa. I’m gonna need someone to reach out to me asap and have this resolved Bec this is completely unacceptable

I've tried for 3 days to became ETA-IL Visa. I couldn't because one App's problem. Also the israelian people from the border tried to help me without success. Me and 5 people more we should come back in Jordan. I found this offer and I decided to try on this form. In 2 and half hours I had my ETA-IL. Yes, they are expensive but they disserved every euro. Without them, I have lost my hole holidays

1st time using this iVisa Applying ETA for Israel was so expensive. I’ve been applying Canada visa and Schengen visa which is very reasonable price but this is to much. I was been interview by the Israeli passport control officer and they are surprised for the amount I paid because it’s only 25 Israeli shekel. I would never suggest to any of my friends to use this iVisa. I hope this company will return my money and charge me the reasonable price.

In Google, the first place was taken by a questionnaire that forces you to pay an additional 84 euros, supposedly for approval within 2 days.
Absolutely not recommendable. I filed a fully valid registration for Israel, that was perfectly confirmed. At the airport my ETA confirmation was outrightly rejected at the check-in counter. I had not only the distress to register again, so my flight was unsure, but also I had to pay another EUR 190.-. This is inacceptable!
Overcharged & Unhappy 1) This Visa should cost 25 Shekels each but I got charged 1484.98 Shekels (for 2) 2) They gave a time of 12:42 UTC, 14:42, but it only came through at 16:35 3) AI was set to respond to basic questions and responded with the same answer to different questions. PS: The ISL (Israel) site charges 25 Shekels per Visa. For this reason I am very upset at the exorbitant charges of 1484.98 (for 2) and would like a fair Refund.

How come Ive paid 215.84 for my visa….. and my aunt paid 7 dollars! I think its a fraud towards a passenger that does not have any other option but to pay that price. Im completely disappointed about this .
I submitted my info over a month ago. Get to airport and becauae my last name and firat name was mixed up. I then tried for 3 hrs trying to reapply Nothing swiss air received nothing. Anyway im devastated. Im out over 10k.
SCAMMER!! Really bad service! Took $160 off my account and won't refund it. The visa actually cost less than $10 (25 Israeli sheckles) and was not done in time. I applied for my visa online on my own and got the real visa in minutes on the official government website. My big mistake was using them. Their webpage is unstable and its impossible to contact anyone for further help. They simply grab your money. BEWARE!! Highly NOT RECCOMENDED!!
Scam. I fell for it. Price of visa should be 26NIS. THIS SITE CLAIMS TO BE THE VISA DISTRIBUTOR, when in fact all it does is forward your info. I’ll be reporting them.

i was conned and duped! First they charged me £180 for something that costed less than £5! they said that they would get me the ETA within 4 hours as if that is a special service. I now learned that the official website gives you a response immediately! Last but not least, they sent me a confirmation that my ETA was approved. it wasn't! i couldn't check in for my boarding pass as the ETA wasn't done properly! A pure SCAM!!!
