It is a little confusing. I got a message that the application was approved, and there was a document attached, but I am not sure it is the right document because the message says I have to log in to my account to get the document. When I try to log in to my account, it says I was sent a password free link, but I can't find that.
I don’t really think there is any value for the $90. I could have submitted everything myself online for $7. I was tricked by clicking the first result that came up. It looked like an official site.

I ran into a snag with my Sherpa provided evisa. I was literally at the boarding gate when the issue arose. Immediately completed an application with ivisa, with less than an hour before flight departure, visa came through and got my evisa approved and I walked on the flight mere minutes before door closure!

The document that we need to complete is too complex. Once it was submitted, I didn't get any feedback about how long it would take to process.
The fact that my application was saved and I could pick it up where I left it, is something that I really love.
Easy and quick apart from the section saying guardian instead of emergency contact took me a while to understand. Make sure you have all passport at hand including the guardian.
Best customer service in my opinion every time I ask for help they help me with it plus I made a mistake on my application, and they help me to correct the mistake
I think the response time and communication could be better; however, it was convenient and I like how it got done. A bit pricey but great service.

Charging 20+ euro for filling in a passenger locator form that the Israeli government offers to download and process for free, that's a bit over the top... Found it when it was too late. But why am I writing this, I guess you won't publish this anyway?

iVISA.com is lying to its customers and pretending that declaration form to Israel are actually visas. As a French national, I didn't need a visa to enter Israel and yet they let me believe I needed it. This is a false and manipulative company that shoudn't operating anymore, who make people pay what they shouldn't. Other respectable visa companies, clearly let you know when you need a visa or not and don't trick travelers into paying money uselessly

We were told by our minister that this was supposed to be a FREE SERVICE by the Israel government. He gave me the wrong site, it was NOT supposed to be a dot.com site. Plus very difficult to get the photo of COVID vaccination picture downloaded.

Re The birth date. You need to keep clicking backwards to get to the year. It takes to long to do this

I did receive 2 Covid Vaccination. However, it is shown not vaccinated on the results which are not good and may require a longer waiting time and issue
