I needed a visa for Kenya and was told that the airlines now expect you to have the visa in hand when you start your journey instead of getting a visa at the airport in Nairobi. I looked at several websites that handle electronic visas and chose iVisa. I was not disappointed. The process was exactly as they described and was completed in six days. I heard within 24 to 48 hours after they had reviewed my application. They asked for an additional travel confirmation which I supplied. I submitted my application on 19 June 2019 and got my visa the following day which was awesome. I was initially worried I wouldn't receive my visa on time or worse not at all after reading some bad reviews here but things turned out just fine. And yes they do deliver as promise.
