It was a quick and easy application and visa delivered in just over 24 hours. The only hick up I had was uploading the documents was a bit slow
It took much longer than I expected. Also I had submitted all the documents related to travel and hotel stay. Inspite of that some unrelated documents were asked eg, Raod entry proof was asked when I was supposed to enter by flight & already uploaded flight ticket. The support team was excellent (5* for them)

Overall good experience. It tooks a total 7 days to get my eVisa that generally supposes to get within 3 days. I sent my bank statement 2 times, till now I am not sure why.
It was easy and convenient to obtain visa online through I visa. It took four days after application because of delay in approval by Govt authorities.

Customer service communication is prompt. However, it took me more time than stated to receive the Malaysian eVISA - I received it just 24 hours before departure making me almost cancel my tickets. Nonetheless, I have now more confidence in their service :) Will use again.
Good service. Very prompt. Kept me updated throughout. Had some issues uploading my photo and had to email documents. Had to edit photo according to embassy requirements and then upload. This is something behich ivisa could incorporate i.e. a software link that will adjust the photo to each embassy/countries requirements. Otherwise flawless. Thank you

One of the requirement was Singapore to Malaysia travel which I informed will do by bus, and can not provide booking details. Still I was getting same request without any alternative solution which was self declaration. If it was informed earlier I could have saved 1-2 days

It was a great experience....I was kept posted on the updates regularly. One thing I suggest is, if you could give a call when additional information is required and not just send an email. At least when the required document is not submitted even after 24hours.
Had few arguments about repetitive emails but in the end work is done. It was quick too. I am thankful for that.
Good experience. Initially was nervous whether the portal was genuine or not. The list of required documents for Malaysia eNtri such as passport last page and hotel booking / invitation letter could've been expressly indicated at start of the process, to avoid the hassle of making hotel bookings in a rush!

Please improve the photo upload process. If you need the documents to be of any specific size, specify the minimum dimensions in pixel or A4 size, similarly if u need jpeg or gif or pdf. The generic error is not user friendly. Apart from that, simple process atleast for Malaysia and good service. Thank you.
I received the visa in about 40 hrs from the submission of application. Hence, the acknowledgment mail stating I will receive the visa within 24 hours prompted me to enquire the status which would not have been necessary if the timeline specified is more realistic. The uploading of documents and photos took time as it kept mentioning "the file size is too small". A specific file size, if mentioned, would be better.
Overall good, I face some difficulties in uploading the pictures. Further, it would be good if the team can ask the bank statements and birth certificates in the application itself to avoid delays
