I got my visa in less than 24 hour of submitting the application to visa.
My visa application was initially 'rejected' although my husband's wasn't! We checked with the Malaysian embassy in Delhi and were told that there was an error in submission. We contacted iVisa and told them that since all my documents had been submitted to them, the error must be on their part. Fortunately, iVisa immediately started the process of re-submitting my application after rectifying the error. I am happy to let you know that it took the Malaysian government just two days ( that is, if you count the weekend) to grant me my visa. Malaysia, here I come. Thank you, iVisa.

It's easy to get the visa except for small delay on processing as some, documents were asked late. It will be more Comfortable if all necessary docs asked at the same time. .

The overall experience was good. However, I would like to give few suggestions: 1. In the case of multiple applicants say the members of the same family, Why do I need to write the address of all the members separately though it's the same for all. There should be an option "same as above". 2. In similar lines of point 1, the hotel is often booked on the name of one person rest are added as guests example. Roshan+3. Then what the point in asking to upload confirmation for each member. This is all! Thanks!

Once I clicked the link the whole process was very straight forward and intuitive. I was able to upload both photo and pdf files with ease. As I had a slight delay in gathering the documents I was able to stay logged on to the website and complete the documents and upload them. The response was good and I got my visa in a few hours.
