My experience is that the information is good but sometimes I don't have sure how to do that so quickly π for now I think it will be okay
It was simple fill in Form and it took several minutes To fill in, super easy.
The process was quick and relatively painless. Applied for two documents each for two of us for the Netherlands & Portugal. Had the Netherlands approval within an hour. Processing of Portugal form needs to be held until closer to departure, Were able to easily check requirements for all 5 of the countries we will be visiting.
The photo quality could be a bit better. Also it took us 6 business days to receive the photographs.
Extortionate . I only just found out you can simply fill the form in yourself in 5 minutes. How on earth can you charge such a huge amount?
Very simple process and easy instructions, 2 countries more to do but have to wait for timing. Glad one could get done in advance

I was charged for forms 32β¬pp yet the forms are givn for free at airport. You robb people for something that's free.i have tryed to ask for my money back,no help .I will make a official complaint.

The form doesnt print off well and seems to mix lines and add others . Very poor.
I have been trying to sort out the confusing mass of documentation required for international travel in the covid era, and particularly the documents needed to enter the EU. When this site came up in my search, and I started using it, I formed the mistaken belief that I would be able to upload supporting documentation, including my vaccine certificate. The process has a workflow diagram that actually says it is "Waiting on Gov," which I reasonably interpreted as the site acting on my behalf to upload items to be kept with the authorities. Instead, when the process was complete, all that I got was an unsigned version of a form, which I completed by hand previously, based upon my own research, and I recall no instance when I was asked to upload anything. I was disappointed because I did not receive the "value add" that I thought I could get by paying this site to help me navigate travel documents.
The ability to be able to obtain support and advise is very difficult. There is no way to be able to call if it is urgent and email takes a long time for any sort of reply.
For some reason my DOB was incorrect when I downloaded and could not edit form. Need way to correct situation.
I already filled out the same form. Wasted $40. Should have known better. It would be nice to get a refund

Your site is a complete joke. You charged me $40 for two Netherlands health forms that I got for free from my cruise line. I will never use you again.
I found it completely unnecessary for something that easy can be done at the airport , but the way it was done was both quickly and easy
